a. Account and Profile Information

b. Driver and Vehicle Information

If you register as a Driver or vehicle owner, we may collect government-issued identification, driver’s license, vehicle registration, insurance documents, tax-related information, bank account details, and other KYC documents required for verification and compliance.

c. Ride and Trip Information

We collect trip-related information such as pickup and drop-off locations, route, distance, time, fare, cancellation history, ratings, feedback, and support requests related to the trip.

d. Location Information

We collect precise and approximate location data through GPS, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, IP address, and similar technologies while you use the app. For Riders, location may be collected from the time a ride is requested until the trip ends. For Drivers, location may be collected while Driver mode is active and for a limited period afterward for safety, fraud prevention, and service integrity. This is consistent with common ride-sharing practice and the Nepal context of consent-based processing.

e. Payment and Transaction Information

When you pay for a ride or receive earnings, we may collect payment method details, transaction records, billing information, wallet or bank account information, invoices, receipts, and refund history. Payment partners may also collect and process your payment data under their own terms and privacy notices.

f. Device and Usage Information

We may collect device model, operating system, browser type, app version, IP address, device identifiers, crash reports, diagnostic data, and usage information such as pages viewed, features used, and session times.

g. Communications

We collect the content of communications you send us, including emails, in-app chat, phone calls made through support channels, complaint messages, survey responses, and other correspondence.

7. Retention of Information

We keep personal information only for as long as necessary to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our terms. When no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

8. Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, measure performance, detect fraud, and deliver marketing campaigns. You can control cookies via your browser or device settings.
